Ginger Tea Infused Stir-Fried Chicken and Vegetables
Ingredients:
2 Organic Ginger Tea bags
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., broccoli, bell peppers, carrots), chopped
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece of ginger, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Brew the Organic Ginger Tea bags in hot water for about 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and set the tea aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
